In fact, within one week ahead, DKI Jakarta, especially southern region of Jakarta was predicted to have light – middle rain intensity during afternoon to evening.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">“The characteristic of transition season is when rain occurs on the afternoon to evening. The truth is, rain which had been down since 15 September, is one of the characteristic,” said Harry Tirto Djatmiko, Head of BMKG, to beritajakarta.com, Tuesday (20/9).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">During this transition season, he reminds public to prepare to face extreme weather which can change quickly. “Entering this transition season, usually temperature and weather can be change drastically, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. If body condition is not fit, it will be easier to encounter health issue.”</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">According Teguh F. Satria, Leader of International Real Estate Federation ((Federation Internationals des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers /Fiabci) Asia Pacific, Property sector in Indonesia is once again losing its momentum to attract foreign buyers when the economic situation is more stabile just like today.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">He said, ownership regulation which had been proposed since the last several years is unheard anymore. Foreign consumer, event local consumer is now prefer to own property in Singapore for investment, school or business purpose.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">“The most expensive Apartment in Jakarta is still 10 times cheaper than Singapore Apartment. But since the regulation is clearer, Singapore property is more intriguing,” he said to Bisnis, today.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Among several weaknesses of foreign property ownership regulation in Indonesia is time limitation of ownership is only 25 years then extendable. Singapore, and other country had extend their time limit regulation to 70 years – 90 years which makes it more attractive.</p>

Together with DKI Regional House, Jakarta’s government had agree to aggravating sanction to those who breaking the law through Undang-Undang Gangguan. Other than that, the regulation demands the business activities should consider environment factor and shouldn’t allowed contributing pollution in the neighborhood.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">According to the prevailing regulation the unauthorized business and expansion will be only threaten by 6 months prison sanction or 50 million rupiah fine, this regulation should be aggravated to creates deterrent effect, said Fauzi Bowo, DKI Governor.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">The case of laundry business in Sukabumiselatan, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta which proven contributing pollution, was deemed as an infraction of law that can be charged with criminal sanction. This sanction was regulated in Undang-Undang No. 32 Tahun 2009 about Environment management and protection and Undang-Undang no 26 tahun 2007 about spatial regulation.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#000000;">(BERITAJAKARTA.COM — 19-09-2011 17:56)</span> After its construction stopped since 2004, DKI Jakarta Official finally decided not to continue the monorail construction. For the change, Jakarta’s government will try to look for a better transportation with lower construction budget and cheaper transportation ticket. Therefore, Jakarta’s government will soon revoke contract agreement and settle a concession with PT. Jakarta Monorel as the investor and also developer for the mega project.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Governor of Jakarta , Fauzi Bowo said, “I want this monorail to have its firmness. That’s why we want to close our agreement of concession with PT Jakarta Monorel. It is because the requested investment refund of 600 billion rupiah by the company is out of our capability,” said Fauzi Bowo in City Council DKI Jakarta, Senin (19/9)</p>
<p>About the investment refund for PT. Jakarta Monorel, revealed by Fauzi, currently amidst the negotiation between DKI Jakarta’s lawyers and DKI legal office. If the format is done, it will be continued with the next agreement.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">The point is, Fauzi says, Monorail will not continue its construction and we will find a better public transportation mode which have a better passenger capacity and the construction cost is not higher than monorail.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">“The inability of SBY is complete already and can’t be expected to fix the situation. So, we don’t have to wait until 2014, just end it right now, “ says politician Sri Bintang Pamungkas in House Representative forum, Monday (19/9).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">According to him, BEM (University Student Executive Body) had gathered in Bandung and gave time limit until October 2011. However, there is no significant action from the government. In this case, class action like what happened in Libya and Egypt should be done. “I guess, not more than 18 days like what happened in Egypt, less than 18 days demonstration of many public elements should be able to discharge the President,” he said.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">House Representative member, Syariffudin Sudding said, survey result about public satisfaction to President SBY which declined to 37.7% is showing that the situation is critical. “This is only about time,” he said.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">The leader of People Consultative Assembly (MPR) declared , the declination of public satisfaction to SBY leadership, is not a problem. “What he needs is how to finish his 5 years presidency save and sound,” he said. “Even if it’s declined to 5 % is not a problem, the most important thing is he can decline with Khusnul Khotima (Muslim term for good end).”</p>
